In my Etch installation made on 13 April, I originally answered "no" to the question "Hide local name in outgoing mail?", but subsequently discovered that I was not able to send mail. I executed "dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config" and answered "yes" to the question, and then entered "oplink.net" in response to the prompt "visible domain name for local users".
