you didn't answer my questions. WHERE? in the Xen Dom0 or DomU? If its not visible in Dom0 that is a completely different problem than whether it shows up or not in DomU. How about peth0? does that show up in Dom0? how about the output of ifconfig from Dom0? same with /etc/fstab.
