Each version of Debian includes 'release notes', an installation guide
and a 'debian reference'. The last 2 are avaiable in pdf format. When I
used woody, I sent the pdf files to a 'kinkos' (a copy shop) and they
were able to print them on double-sided paper, b/w printing, and bound
with plastic spiral binder and clear plastic front and back covers. The
price was about 20 USD back then for each. Beyond that, there are a few
debian books, although they are not currenly updated for Etch, AFAIK. The
'debian bible' and the 'debian system' come to mind. Consult debian.org
for more info.
