icedove is debianised version of Mozilla Thunderbird (the same software, but different name due to licensing issues). so I'd say MANY people use it.
Only to be mathematically rigorous: not only the name, but some of the artwork, is different. The actual *code*, however, is essentially the same. -- Software is like sex: it is better when it is free.
