Just put those lines in /etc/apt/sources.list... you might as well pound out your cdrom lines. You can check http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/apt-howto/ch-basico.en.html for url's to update from too. And see section 2.3 of that doc for net-select to get the "best" sources.
