Without. You must take into consideration 1) that I am an American that grew up with a national speed limit of 55 mph (88 km/h) and 2) the type of car I was driving. Yes, I see that you're from Germany, so you should know that 220 isn't very fast compared to what a good BMW, Mercedes or Audi will do. At least my Opel was made in Germany, though Opel is a General Motors division. That car is gone, and I have a Skoda Superb instead. I have not taken it to Germany yet.
