Except for the criminals who work in the *huge* cash economy and thus
pay no payroll taxes and yet reap the benefits of countless federal
programs. It is truly ridiculous. In many places in Texas, a law
enforcement pulling someone over for a routine traffic stop cannot ask
for proof of citizenship if he suspects that people are illegal criminal
aliens. They call it "sanctuary."
