I know many peoples @university which have only a REALY limited free
access to the Internet. Even here in Strasbourg where I live, I can not
have ADSL even if I am IT-professionel and Debian GNU/Linux Consultant.
I have an Internet access via GSM (38kBit), EDGE (200kBit), UMTS (384kBit)
and GlobalSat (512 kBit) and pay over 2000 € per month for it.
Oh I have forgotten to tell you: I live on the Street. :-P
