Gnome logon screen does not sync with the Gnome's vertical refresh rate configured through Gnome Desktop preference(and is made default for my computer). As an alternative I also edited xorg.conf and used the refresh rate as mentioned by monitor's manual. Still GDM Logon screen uses something lower than Gnome's refresh rate. How do i force the logon screen to use Gnome's vertical refresh rate?
P.S. I'm using Debian Etch
