Sort of.

Once Etch is declared stable, Lenny will become the new testing.  At
that point, the freeze will be lifted and packages will again be allowed
to automatically propogate from unstable to testing.  Right now,
everything is frozen, so packages require explicit release manager
approval in order to migrate.

So, if you leave your sources.list with "testing" then after the
release, you will continue to see package upgrades as things move from
unstable to testing.  If you use "etch" then when Etch becomes stable,
you will only see security updates.
