Hi,
I did a cursory search for flag info, here is my finding:
for a small order (1-5) flags:
50$ USD for various types of fabric (wool,nylon,etc.)
50$ USD for printing setup costs
+ shipping

You may find that kinkos is solution to do one-off printing for the
flag, if you can find something on which to print. Then you need to add
a pole and the need flag-pole interface.
