I use yaird to preload usb-storage with mkinitrd.yaird.
That did not change in the upgrade but lilo did:
lilo 22.6.1-8 --> lilo 22.7.3-1.2
And a reboot after the dist-upgrade caused:
Invalid compressed format (err=1)
as first line on the screen.
Rerunning yaird did nothing, but rerunning lilo solved the problem.
That might be a bug?
Lilo was not rerun after the upgrade.
