Please think about what you are saying. The definition of a critical bug is [0] "makes unrelated software on the system (or the whole system) break, or causes serious data loss, or introduces a security hole on systems where you install the package." That is certainly not the case. At *most* it is important: "a bug which has a major effect on the usability of a package, without rendering it completely unusable to everyone." Again, just because a bug seriously affects you, does not mean that it is the same for everyone. In the case of a bug which does not cause a security vulnerability or a loss or potential loss of data, there is really no justification for it to be higher than important.
