It might be a good idea to add a note about how to use syslinux to
install an MBR, as install-mbr seem to be Debian-specific.  I prepared a
etch USB-stick install from a RedHat system the other day by doing 
'$ cat /usr/lib/syslinux/mbr.bin > /dev/sda'
