Yes and No. Yes, on things where the Debian Developers have last say and/or vote/decide on it. Very little will change the minds of the said developers. No, most Debian Developers are *VERY* *VERY* responsive to the users... it is all about giveback in the first place. Bug reports, WNPP, RFP, ITP... the whole thing is all about the users and the problems/requests they have. So, maybe I was a bit kirt, but Andrew Sackville-West got what I meant.
