no, this is not a valid apt repository then.

however, you should use apt pinning instead, or just install the package
on your own.

and: i'm think that i will lower the depends on qemu in kqemu to match
the qemu from etch, since people reported that it works too (i didn't
test it myself, will do).

no. compiling a kernel, regardless from which distribution it comes,
doesn't make sense to be recompiled.
