Hi Folks,

Thanks to these two people, my system no longer has this problem. 
Aptitude had taken it into its addled little mind to 'hold' kdelibs 
at 4.3.5a.dfsg.1-3. Overriding this (and upgrading to 4.3.5a.dfsg.1-5)
fixed the problem. Next step, debug aptitude ;-)
