I also tried searching for stdio.h using locate. (did updatedb too) It returned the following results: /mnt/winc/cygwin/usr/include/stdio.h /mnt/winc/cygwin/usr/include/sys/stdio.h >> /usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/4.1.2/include/ssp/stdio.h << /usr/lib/perl/5.8.8/CORE/nostdio.h I tried adding the /usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/4.1.2/include/ssp/ path to my anjuta settings, but still it returns the same error.
