It would have been polite and darned useful for OP to have mentioned
that "what" is an SCCS command.

Of course, then we all would have justifiably yelled, "Install
SCCS!!!!".

Is "common sense" really valid?
For example, it is "common sense" to white-power racists that
whites are superior to blacks, and that those with brown skins
