Easy and cheap on resources. As I understand most of these use inline images (as opposed to attachments) so maybe that is a way of narrowing it down? An alternative (which is apparently not at all cheap on resources) is using the SA FuzzyOCR plugin. http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/FuzzyOcrPlugin I still haven't had a chance to try it, but I probably will in the near future.
