It reports missing /lib/libpcre.so.0, right?
Can be solved by creating a symlink to /usr/local/lib/libpcre.so.0.0.1:

    ln -s /usr/local/lib/libpcre.so.0.0.1 /lib/libpcre.so.0

BTW, Arthur Marsh IS using this new version, Pan 0.113.
It's mentioned in the headers.
