Hi all! Yesterday, I want to install vmware on knoppix5 with kernel 2.6.17
I and download the latest vmware-any-any-patch104,and pass some problems would
heapend before using this patch! But anothere one come out saying that
/usr/src/linux-2.6.17/scripts/Kbuild.include not found.
/usr/src/linux-2.6.17/arch/i386/Makefile
I had check that there's no scripts dir there at all.
Is there somebody had install vmware5.5 with kernel 2.6.x sucessed?
Should i chang my kernel-image to a older 2.6.x version?
