I have a need to apply a netfilter patch to the kernel and a corresponding patch to the userspace tools- iptables. This is the IMQ (Intermediate Queueing Device) patch available at: http://trash.net/~kaber/imq/ This patch uses netfilter 'patch-o-matic' to do the job.
