I had the same problem here in Strasbourg in a internet cafe where the ADSL-Router can not serve more dtehn 20 IP adresses per DHCP. So, - if there are 20 Clients, and deconnenctin g and going home you come in and get no IP addrees from the Router because the IP addresses are reserved for the previously 20 MAC adresses. Then you have two choices: 1) Reboot the ADSL-Router 2) Wait for the end of the leastime The Internet cafe had a leasetime of 86400 seconds (24 hours) and after seting it to 10800 seconds all was working fine.
