I am thinking of buying Samsung SE-S164L external DVD writer, USB 2.0, which is available for around 48 bucks. I was wondering if there is any problem with using it on Debian Etch or Sid. Anybody have any experience with this particular model, or with Samsung dvd writers? Specially a bad experience?
