Which printer command are you using in Acrobat? (the first item in the
dialog that pops up when you select "print") You can play with the
parameters there, or you can use your favorite DE's high-level print
command (e.g. "kprinter" for KDE) to make sure that printing from
Acrobat is the same as for your DE's "native" applications. If all else
fails it should be possible to use the exact same command that is shown
in xpdf's print dialog.
