This sure has caused a lot of BS jabber. But none of said jabber has
answered the original question. Does libc6 already have these updates and if
not when will it get them?

Are these 3000 deaths per year? In the US alone?

Maybe we should try to get the Americans to change a few more times
every year? ;-)
