This is an important point.  *CPUs* (even old ones) are much faster
than we think they are.  It's only when you start burdening them
with GUI that we think they are slow.

Is "common sense" really valid?
For example, it is "common sense" to white-power racists that
whites are superior to blacks, and that those with brown skins
are mud people.
