OK, thank you. "pkill -9 doodled" killed the demon but it does not help installing doodled-0.6.5-3. Problem is: doodled has no /var/run/doodled.pid file. So the /etc/init.d/doodled script does not work. I can still neither install doodled-0.6.5-3 nor deinstall it. Is there a way around?
