mysql-navigator and mysql-query-browser. If you want that, take MySQL, if

those are client tools, not really relevant if the "database" cannot
manage a real ACID instalation, complex querys and all those other
options someone has mentioned...
a formula 1 doesn't look very well but is more powerful than a normal
car... is more complex and has some dificulties built-in ( i never see
the door of a formula 1 open) but if want to run a race better get
one...
postgres is more powerful than mysql and because of that is more
complex and have some difficulties built-in, but it deserve the effort
of your database and applicattion is complex and must run fast
