Ok thanks to everybody here is what I did
 sudo echo "deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org testing main" >>
/etc/apt/sources.list
 gpg --keyserver hkp://wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv-keys 1F41B907
 gpg --armor --export 1F41B907 | sudo apt-key add -
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get install acroread

For some reason aptitude still wants to remove cvs...

debian-unofficial seems tohave some trouble.
