I have a Compaq Presario 5330 with Etch installed. During startup this report appears on the screen.
"* esssolo1 disabled in configuration" modconf does not install the esssolo1 driver properly and of course there is no sound. Does "disabled" refer to hardware, as in jumper, or to software.
