You are joking, of course. I don't doubt that something about it works for someone. Multilevel marketing is an example of an activity that provides an income for some people, just not the people doing most of the work. Who convinces the perps to part with their money for time on the computer at the internet cafe? Or do the cafe owners collect a percentage of the take? So the perps have no up-front expenses?
