Since HTML-by-default is already bloating email, we might soon see an
XML format for mail that breaks paragraphs into units and attaches the
subsequent replies as children off the original. From the perspective
of someone who prefers nice clean plaintext email, it'd be horrible,
but it should also allow people to configure their clients to display
their preference of top-, bottom-, or interleaved-response.
