If you read the comments on the bug, you will see that without the patch
that was submitted it was impossible for an extension to get access to the
raw headers it would need to support replying to a list. The bug is closed
because it is now possible to write such an extension (and the guy who
submitted the patch actually did). AFAIK, there are no plans to provide a
Reply to List button without an extension.
