Has ntp-server been withdrawn from Etch? I'm setting up a Dell server with Etch-AMD64 and I can't find any of the ntp family of packages. Neither ntp-server, ntp-simple, nor ntpd seem to be available. openntpd is available, and that's what I currently have installed, but I'm not too thrilled with it, and I'd rather have ntp back.
