/etc/X11/icewm/winoptions maybe. like I said its just a hunch. I still think 
its probably a bug in OOo. I imagine (totally talking out my ass now) that they 
probably don't do a lot of testing in the lighterweight WM's. I'dbet they focus 
mostly on gnome and maybe kde in their test environments.
