And if you are concerned with hardware that works with Free Software, be careful to see if the CD/DVD hasn't loaded any non-free software, like ndiswrapper or such other evil things. Please, since you are "voting with your wallet" and you are in a position to choose what to use, don't support those that make the life of Free Software developers harder.
