Well, the obvious question would have to be: Do you have any modules
defined in the .config file?
if not then it will scan that list, see it doesn't have anything to do
and go away.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules. I do use spamassassin too. :-)
