Haven't been able to upgrade using testing with the 2.6.15-1-686 linux-image. Installing the libslang2 packages results in error code (1). The error is consistently reproducible. I have woody-bf-2.4 and 2.6.8-2-686 kernels installed also and have upgraded under testing primarily but have, I think, one sid package from ftp://ftp.nerim.net sid/main Packages(media player upgrade in order to play vider). Would be most appreciative of any solution or references for possible somution. The pertinent error shown is "unable to make backup link of `./usr/share/lintian/overrides/libslang2' before installing new version: Operation not permitted". Found one link googling for the lintian/overrides error, http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=libslang2&version=unstable&arch=mips, but the site and search engine was disabled.
