Forget this question. I 'had' a call to reload xprint in a reload cupsys script. I had 'finally' removed xprint and xprt-xprintorg from my system and it worked great, for 3 days. Latest etch upgrade blew it out. Printer is printing some ps statments on the first page and then a bunch of blank pages. Hope it gets worked out soon.
