use stable/unstable source at the same time

could I use stable and unstable sources list at the same time as this in /etc/apt/sources.list?

 

deb ftp://ftp.linuxforum.net/debian/ stable main
deb ftp://ftp.linuxforum.net/debian/ unstable main
