We've been with them for ADSL since July 2002, few outages; very occasional service glitches (where they needed to upgrade capacity) but less, recently. We don't use them much for web hosting although our own site is still with them - not great for php/mysql setups. But as a broadband supplier, wouldn't fault them. We've put a number of clients with them and some with VPN between home/office.
