Dreamhost.com is great.  They are a strong Debian supporter; it runs
on all of their servers.  Full SSH/SFTP access; create your own shell
accounts; SSH/SFTP usage doesn't even count against your bandwidth
usage; disk space and bandwidth grows each week you stay with them.
