invoke-rc.d gdm stop But everybody (including myself) uses: /etc/init.d/gdm stop To stop it permanently use: update-rc.d gdm remove -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
