The command "who" shows some user is loged on while I know that the user do not log in right now. I suspect that the cause for this problem is that the user loged out in a abnormal way rather by typing "exit", and consequently the file /var/run/utmp is not updated. Can I now update that file manually? Or what can I do to settle this problem if I don't want to reboot?
