I won't even bother posting a link, do a Google search. A listmaster has to be incompetent to not know about VERP. Of course, he can _know_ about VERP and still not use it for whichever reason, that wouldn't qualify him as incompetent at all. There is no way Warren Togami wouldn't know about it if he is a RedHat listmaster (I don't know him).
