Myself, I don't use Crapfox, and therefore don't pay any attention to its Debian versioning, but if normal Debian practices are being followed, security fixes are backported to stable, rather than new and untested versions being packaged for stable. This means that the v1.04 available from s.d.o would have v1.07's security fixes in it.
