Hey, I've been using Debian for about a week now and have been noticing that the screen *often* has problems repainting...pieces of the last screen I was looking at show up on the screen that I have active until I move windows around, etc...I'm sure everyone has seen that.
My machine is a 350MHz Dell with a 32MB ATI video card running at 1024X768, but it doesn't seem to matter what resolution I pick. This machine ran fine with Windows, even with the 2MB integrated video I was using before.
