In Gnome go to Desktop > Preferences > Screen Resolution and see if you have options for choosing different resolutions. If not, you will have to configure Xorg with the exact specs of your monitor. You can configure xorg by (as root) ~$> dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg You will need horizontal and vertical refresh rates during the reconfiguration (in addition to mouse device e.g. /dev/input/mice, and video card memory) . So keep your monitor manual handy. Hope this helps, /KS -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
